Young Frankenstein Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (Gene Wilder) -- that's pronounced "Fron kon steen" -- has spent most of his life disowning his infamous Transylvanian grandfather Beaufort Frankenstein. But when the old man dies and wills his castle to his grandson, Frederick decides to travel to Transylvania.
